Filmstudio Mon Amour — Technical Sheet
Synopsis
Filmstudio Mon Amour is a documentary that celebrates the history of the Filmstudio, the Roman film club founded in 1967 by Americo Sbardella and Annabella Miscuglio. Through testimonies from directors, filmmakers, and intellectuals such as Bernardo Bertolucci, Jonas Mekas, Nanni Moretti, Vittorio Taviani, Carlo Verdone, and Wim Wenders, the film recounts the cultural and social importance of the Filmstudio as a reference point for art-house and experimental cinema, as well as a laboratory of ideas and training for generations of cinephiles and filmmakers.
