Synopsis
Calibro 9 is set in contemporary Milan and follows the story of Fernando, the son of Ugo Piazza, a former criminal. Raised by his mother Nelly to keep him away from crime, Fernando is now a brilliant criminal lawyer. His life takes a dangerous turn when a client becomes involved in a 100-million-euro online scam, and his surname brings back memories of his father’s past. The defrauded company turns out to be a front for the ’Ndrangheta, and Fernando becomes entangled in an intricate criminal game that takes him between Milan, Calabria, Frankfurt, Moscow, and Antwerp. On his trail is police commissioner Valerio Di Leo.
