Toni D’Angelo
A son of the arts, but I don’t sing:
I make films.
Through my movies, I tell stories of cities, people, and worlds that I imagine, feel, and experience up close.
Among them, I’ve had the pleasure and the honor of telling the story of my father: Nino D’Angelo.
FROM IDEA TO STORY
THE JOURNEY
“What I do — following each step of the process — is turn ideas into concrete visual projects, with the goal of creating authentic experiences in every story I tell.”
Here too, in this space: a deliberate point of reference, a place to explore my projects, films, and shared content.
THE DIRECTION
“Every stage I direct is part of a single journey — the goal is to bring to life images with a soul, not just a form.
To live them, from the idea to the screening, never truly animating them… until the moment that soul is conceived — the one that makes them unique and moving.”
This is my direction.

THE PRODUCTION
“Every project begins with a spark: an intuition, an emotion, a story that needs to be told. Believing in it completely, until it becomes a light on the screen — one that can illuminate those who watch.”
This is the beating heart of every one of my productions.

FILMS

NINO. 18 DAYS
Directed by Toni D’Angelo
18 days — that’s how long it took before Nino D’Angelo could see his son Toni for the first time. That delay, seemingly ordinary, became over time a symbolic wound — the starting point for an intimate journey between father and son, artist and director, myth and man.

CALIBER 9
Directed by Toni D’Angelo
Fernando tries to leave behind a burdensome past. But fate draws him back into a criminal world of deceit, blackmail, and revenge. Between Milan and abroad, his story intertwines with that of a dangerous inheritance — where nothing is as it seems.

HAWKS
Directed by Toni D’Angelo
In Naples, two special unit agents, Peppe and Francesco, move through a world of action, violence, and redemption. Drawn into an investigation that takes them deep into the city’s criminal underworld, they must confront their own inner demons to find meaning in their mission.
DO YOU HAVE PROJECTS?
Every idea can become an image, every image a story to bring to life, an emotion to share.
If you have interesting projects to present, here I am, I’m all in.
